We are an architecture-led company founded by a practicing architect with experience across China, Rwanda, and broader African markets operating from inside the realities of building, where design is inseparable from cost, logistics, and execution.
We work with developers, institutions, and clients who demand design rigor without losing sight of buildability and budget.Alongside project work, we run an editorial platform examining how buildings are actually conceived, detailed, and assembled using practice and publishing to test where design holds, where it fails, and why.We bring technical rigor, material intelligence, and accountability to every built outcome. We collaborate selectively with a small number of clients and partners ensuring each project receives the focus it deserves.
